The staff was incredibly helpful during a hectic wedding weekend, especially Tom, who expertly managed unexpected issues. However, our room wasn't properly cleaned, which detracted from the overall experience.

Decent stay but needs some love

We spent one night and found the breakfast spread really impressive. But the room? A bit dated and not super clean, with dusty areas and a dirty sink. Staff were friendly, but it's a bummer we didn't get any info about the restaurant or amenities before we just left. Dining options could use more variety too.

All fine, but bugs

The golf course here is a real gem, set in beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. My kids loved playing there, and the spacious family room made it easier for us all to relax together. The breakfast spread was exceptional, especially the veggie sausages.

In my kids’ opinion, the spa facilities could use some improvement for a more enjoyable family experience.

Staverton Park is perfect for family gatherings! We had a wonderful time enjoying the spacious family rooms and the beautiful golf course set in gorgeous countryside. The kids loved the activities, and the staff was attentive to our large group of 20 family members.

In my wife’s opinion, the kids' menu was lacking, making mealtime a bit challenging.

the breakfast was really good with a nice variety and the breakfast room had a lovely view. everything was super clean everywhere. the lobby area was welcoming and the staff were all really friendly and helpful, which made us feel at home. the location is nice and peaceful, a great spot for a getaway.

however, our room felt a bit tired and could use some updates, and the shower pressure wasn't great.

During my recent stay, I was delighted by the nearby Catesby Viaduct just under 3 km away, where I enjoyed a lovely stroll filled with scenic views, and the relaxing atmosphere of Drayton Reservoir, almost 4 km away, which is perfect for nature lovers like me who appreciate a good walk in the fresh air. as a solo traveler, the well-maintained modern facilities really added to my experience and convenience. I do think the hotel could improve its use of bread products, but overall, I found my stay enjoyable.

The grounds surrounding the hotel house beautiful gardens and well-maintained walking paths, perfect for a calming stroll. The golf course is in immaculate condition and offers a satisfying round of golf, regardless of weather.

The cleanliness levels fell short, with visible dust on surfaces, cobwebs in corners, and outdated bathroom fixtures, which made for an unwelcoming vibe. Noise during pool hours can be off-putting due to children splashing around, and the gym equipment has not seen adequate maintenance, with broken machines lingering for weeks.
